Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

Received an invoice with a $3300 bill for ambulance service to Dan Joaquin Hospital in California. The 800 number on the invoice says it is not a working cell phone. Looked up the company online and tried to speak to billing and either receive a voicemail to leave a message or get disconnected. The invoice request online payment or insurance information. I did not provide either, but they have my name and address and my concern is they sell this off to a collection agency to try and get an illigitemate payment.
