Upon receiving the phone call they proceeded to tell me hang on,let me find your file and when they returned to the phone it was somebody different who proceeded to tell me I owed money on a credit card and if I didn’t pay them the money they’re going to serve me and if I wasn’t there to be served I would miss my court date they’re going to report me as a credit fraud criminal. they made another call to me a month later telling me that I was going to be served that afternoon between 3 & 5 nobody ever showed up. Today they called & left a message on my brothers cellphone. Referring to me & my ex-husband of ten years & a case number. The credit card account has been closed since 2012 which on credit has a zero balance. At first I was scared but have since discovered all lies.
