Purchased product was never received.
Contacted clk bank 3 times over a 3 week period and the customer service states clk bank will not process refund until product is received. I was given the reasons that Product was sent and ups tracking number was already given (92748999983411543495319097) when reminded that the tracking number was given to me two weeks prior, they stated that the product is in high demand and on back order. I told them if it’s on back order it could not have been already sent.
Gave an email contact to vendor Leptitox but after emailing 3 times the vendor just states that email was received with no other response
