Type of a scam Online Purchase

We order a pair of the Caresole product, paid by VISA and also got their order receipt email. Then nothing happens and no product was received over two months.

When we called the Caresole customer services telephone number, we were put on waiting forever.

This is a scam please. Please warn other people who may not be aware of this scam please.
