Type of a scam Online Purchase
I made the below purchase on 4/21/20 for an infrared thermometer. Website stated it shipped on 4/22/20. I have yet to receive my order. Due to Covid 19 I wasn’t concerned about the length of time for the shipping. I became concerned when I saw the alert from ScamPulse.com when going back to the website to get a number to call about the order. My concern is not only that ScamPulse.com was aware of this scam as of 1/25/20 but yet nothing was posted about the scam until 5/4/20. For customers like myself how do we get a refund? Question #2 Why is this scammer’s website and advertising still active?
