Type of a scam Online Purchase

Caseboy shop is a scammer to collect money and forge a fake tracking account of your order. They processed my order and never sent my purchase. Suddenly, the website closes down and there is no way to search or track my order. I emailed them and they have emailed me back and forth but never an update of my order. I requested my money back but will never get it back. They are doing fake investigations to track my order. It’s a fake online shop that scams people’s money. They have no remorse and have hired people to write fake reviews to get innocent people buying their products. Please shut them down.
