Type of a scam Online Purchase
On November 19, 2019, while persuing Facebook, Ceridress had advertised a red and black Burberry Lattice Cloak which I ordered. It was supposed to have been shipped within 8-working days. On November 22nd, I got an email from Ceridress with a DHL tracking number. After a few days, I checked the tracking and saw that the shipment was on hold in Dubai, India. I contacted the company on December 2nd through the ONLY email address that they have listed on the website. This is the response that I received:
We shipped your order on (11/23) and the package is on the way to your country now. Here is the tracking number (2859239950) for your order and you can trace it on the site(https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/) to see the status later. The Expedited Shipping you chose usually takes about 3-7 business days to arrive. Hope you get it soon.

I contacted the company again on December 4th to let them know that it was now 8-working days, the status on DHL is still stating that the shipment is on hold in Dubai and demanded a FULL REFUND. Here is their response:
The website haven’t updated yet.Sometime it is a little slow, you can trace it after a few days, please don’t worry.
Or you can contact your local post office to check if it arrivals at their office.

As of today, December 8, 2019, I still have not received my package, I have not been refunded and the status of the tracking still states that the package is on hold in Dubai.
