Type of a scam Online Purchase
I just lost my 15 year old pug and went online to find a pug puppy. I found charasmaticpups.com and the cost was reasonable and the web site was warm and welcoming. When I emailed the man, who called himself George Tresor, he was kind and said he hoped my new puppy would help heal my heart. He wrote details in the website that could fool anyone and even wrote fake reviews himself. I foolishly sent the cost of the puppy through Zelle, and made arrangements to get the dog. My daughter who is a flight attendant flew out to Texas and waited at the Houston Airport for hours. By now, George must have been home laughing because he had my money and I was never going to get a puppy. My daughter was flying back and forth for 18 hours at this point. Never purchase a puppy online and pay in full. I know better and yet I was thinking with my broken heart and not my head. If I had done my research beforhand, I would not have fallen for this scam.
