I ordered 2 Science themed pillow covers from Chemist’s Memes for my daughter on 6/7/19. My bank account was charged right away and I received an email stating Chemist’s memes would contact me with my order # and info about when I’d receive my order, within a 24hr time frame. That never happened. I never received my pillow covers and tried over and over to contact this company via email. It’s the only way to communicate with them. There is NO phone # to call. It’s been a total run around trying to contact someone. I threatened to report them to Better Business Bureau and they responded stating they would return my money within 24 hours. That never happened!! That was on 7/3/19. This company has made it impossible to talk to a human and I believe they had no intention of sending me the pillow covers I ordered.
