Type of a scam Online Purchase
Sold us a Golden Retriever for $600 and asked for $550. down to cover flights and delivery to home. Was told to wire money using Money gram. Money was sent and we were sent flight itinerary only to be told the puppy was held up due to pet insurance. They demanded $850 and wanted it wired to them saying it was 100% refundable. When I tried to call the numbers listed, they were Canada numbers and non reachable. All transactions were done via email and text and every time we tried to contact them it was an automated voice box. They actually called us back one time but it was a man with a heavy Asian accent. All pictures on the site show a blonde American family. They went out of their way to look legit with contracts, flight plans and tracking numbers. Neither the Puppy seller nor the Flight Company are legit.
