Called me and said they were my telephone provider. I called att and they said they were still my provider. I had received a phone call saying they would disconnect my phone if I didn’t pay them. I have been receiving bills from them for 4 months.

City Communications called me, ask if I had AT&T phone service, I said, Yes I do. They said, they could lower my bill to $39.00 per month. I said, Ok. ( I thought it was AT&T). I ask about my Internet service. They said, it would stay the same. They changed my phone service to City Communications and it cut my internet off. I called, AT&T they told, me what had happened. It took 4 days to get my phone service back with AT&T. I am still getting bills from City Communications after two months. I have called, City Communications and they have called me several times. I can’t get them to understand that I don’t have their phone service and I only had it for 4 days. Each time I talked with them, I thought they understood and cancelled my service with them. They didn’t.
