Nov 2017 tried to update maps on Garmin. Problems they referred me to ck1 media. They fixed the problem and sold me a 10yr tech support package. No longer in business? Received call requesting from "Dave Brown" to connect to my computer to refund $500 of the contract. Fl area code and sounds Indian! Keep giving excuses to him so I can check this out. There are ck1 media LLC listed in other states !
