I received a call from Clearinghouse stating I won $18 million but would need to pay a Federal Gift Tag Registration fee of $4,500. I told them I didn’t have that kind of money and that this was a scam. They asked me to get a loan for one day to pay it. I said no because this is a scam and they kept telling me it wasn’t a scam and what will they do with this money if I don’t claim it. Michael VanHorn was the caller and I was to call Bill at 917-809-1822 to give them the details of the overnight mail with the $4500 money.
