This is the email following up the call,
Thanks for your time today.
As per our telephonic conversation we are hiring for the position of DESIGN ENGINEER. We will provide you training and interviews from our clients. We will be providing you interviews as much as you need for the job.
We can directly start marketing your profile, if you are experienced enough with the required skills. We can provide you with a job in your current location, but if you are open to relocate then that will be an added advantage for us.
Before scheduling for the client’s interviews, our marketing team will be providing you with Online Assessment, Resume Building, Grooming Session and Mock Interviews. It will help you to lift your confidence. We will share the details of our clients with you two days prior to the interview.
Once you join our company, we will “Issue an Offer letter” which you can submit to your university, that will help you to secure your 90 days of unemployment for your OPT-EAD. The number of employment days you secure, the same number of days can be used during your STEM OPT.
Once you join our company, we will take care of all your visa concern like: OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC. Once you get placed on our clients’ projects, we will be sponsoring you the H1B.
Note: We support STEM OPT (I-983) only when the candidate is on a project.

Mentioned below are the benefits that will be provided once you are in a project:
Transparent and Flexible compensation policy.
Performance assessment will be done every six months or end of every project whichever is earlier.
Increment would be at least a minimum of 15% to 20% according to the performance.
Relocation charges will be provided to you during your project migration.
Accommodation arrangements will be provided for one week in client’s place unless you get your own arrangements.
Travel expenses would be covered for all face to face interviews anywhere in the USA.
2 weeks of yearly paid vacation will be provided.
Health and medical benefits will be provided during projects which include:
Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days of employment.
Health insurance eligible immediately after 60 days of employment.
Short term and long-term disability after 60 days of employment.
On-job technical support during the project.
Free Skill development programs according to the projects need.
Only for international candidates on OPT/CPT:
Employer’s Confirmation Letter/Selection Letter/Offer Letter will be provided which you need to submit to your university within 24 hours of enrollment in our W2 or start date of your OPT.
OPT Extension Letter will be provided to those eligible candidates who are planning for an
STEM extension as and when it required.
H1B Sponsorship will be provided to eligible OPT and CPT candidates.
We do not have any bonds or contract with our candidates, so we take a security deposit of $700 which is fully refundable once you join our client’s projects. We will provide you with all the documents regarding your payment.
