Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a golf bag back on 5/1/20 from this website. To this date I have not received my purchase. Last month they charged my credit card still with delivering my purchase! There tracking number is invalid. According to the USPS they use duplicate tracking numbers to avoid paying postage. According to USPS the tracking number given to me was delivered to an address in Magna, Utah back on 6/23/20 (not my golf bag). According to there website my package arrived on 6/22/20 at 10:19 in United States, Arriving at the Secondary Processing Center. No new updates have been posted since. I have been told three times my package will arrive in 15-20 days!
