This is in regards to your loan account with the loan amount of $400.00 was taken from the Company and no payment has been made on behalf of it. of now the total outstanding balance is $1280.00.
As the Company did not receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on June 14th, 2019 at your district courthouse.
To know the courthouse kindly visit http://www.uscourts.gov/court-locator with your zip code.
If you want to settle your account you have to pay $1,280.00 stop all further legal action if you will fail I don’t care because this is my job to inform you.
THE ORIGINAL LANDER NAME OF THE COMPANY IS COLLECTION ASSOCIATES INC. (UNDER THIS COMPANY MORE THEN 476 PAYDAY ONE COMPANY IS WORKING)
AND SHOWING ON YOUR FILE YOUR LOAN PAYBACK TIME HAS BEEN EXPIRED.
One of the things we liked about Collection Associates Inc. is that they’ve earned an "A" rating as an accredited business with the BBB. Part of this rating is due to their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Debt settlement, or agreeing to pay a creditor less than you owe, should be avoided, if possible. It’s a huge mark against your credit score, and the fees and taxes you pay as a result of the settlement may offset what you save by paring down the debt.
A less-drastic measure such as debt management may resolve your dilemma. That’s why it’s important to get credit counselling as soon as you see the warning signs: Your income is too low to keep up with your debt or you’re borrowing from one creditor to pay another.
I just inform your decision is yours if you want to settle your account outside the courthouse then you have to pay the settlement amount to close your case file.
Reply immediately with your final answer so I can do the legal process on your case file.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
