Website is full of false statements – 1. says order will be received within 3-7 days, it took well over a month to receive items. 2. 100 day trial, risk free, money back guarantee- the product did not work when I contacted the company via email I was given the run around then finally told I need to return the item to China. My shipping label indicates they were shipped from Compton, CA plus their website states made in CA and if a return is needed to return to same warehouse where it was shipped from and they would cover the shipping costs – all of these statements are a LIE. After calling out these false statements the customer service agent has stopped returning my email. 3. The phone number is an automated system that will not connect you with a live person, on multiple occasions at various times I have called and continue to receive a statement indicating there are more than 50 people on hold and the system disconnects you.
