I have received two phone calls from same number; person states name of company as Computer Services or Computer Support. Informs me that my "account" will be charged, or has now been charged $800 for automatic renewal of my security services. Says I can call to cancel as well, and gives name and ext. no.

I’ve received 4 calls – all appear to be robo – from the same phone. The message say my account will be charged $299 but provides no details. It also says, once charged, I cannot get my money back. I have not returned any of the calls.

I’ve received 3 automated calls. The message says they will deduct funds from my bank account for computer services. Since I don’t own a computer I have contacted my bank and had my account changed.

I received several robocalls from someone who said I signed up for computer services. The message said they were going out of business and owed me $399. They asked I call them at 833-888-8105. I have no such account with any company and did not do as requested. Instead, I called BBB.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

Received phone message to contact their company, stated they have charged my credit card $399 for renewal of computer services. Message states to call them to cancel this charge if not wanted. Your site shows another complaint from same phone number, individual stated he called this number to have their phone number removed, but continually get calls. Since they do not even state the name of the credit card charged, I’m sure they just want you to call them and give them your charge information so they can scam you even more. Tired of scammers continually getting ahold of credit card numbers to use fraudulently. If I don’t make the initial call, I don’t respond to these calls/threats.

Do not use online services to fix your computer from viruses. In 2015 I contacted this website to fix my computer, ever since then I have been called constantly asking to fix my computer. I have not had that computer since 2015. They are relentless, every week I get at least 2 phone calls at noon asking to fix my computer. Since then they likely have sold my information to other scammers because I have received phone calls allegedly from Hotmail.com and other fake companies as well.

The last time it was a Robocall asking me to report this scam, I had to press a number, as soon as I pressed that number I got transferred to the scammers again. As soon as I did this the call became a daily occurrence.

They have a thick foreign accent.
