Type of a scam Online Purchase
I placed an order on December 9, 2019. I purchased a necklace from a boutique named “Cotton Sugar Candy” on instagram. On their website the item stated to be shipped on Friday, December 20,2019.
3 Day’s go by and i did not receive a shipping confirmation. I check the website and the shipping date changed to January 25, 2020.
I contacted the seller via social media, no response. I also sent the seller an email, no response. I noticed that the email provided on their website is different from the sellers email, also the boutique name is different. Which is suspicious.
Other customers are also having issues with not receiving their orders and not getting a response from the seller. The seller has been deleting customer complaints Regards about their order on the comment section.
Hopefully, paypal will resolve this issue since there is no way of getting a response from the seller.
