Couch Savers reports they are from Portland and sell couch slip covers. I ordered a couch cover and was charged $106.97 approx. 1 1/2 months ago and have not received a product. The emails and website I receive from them say they are a US based business. Then after several request I had a response that my order did ship and in a few day it should be at my local postal carrier that was 2 weeks ago. I been asking for refunds and trying to contact them for tracking information. The only link they sent me is a fake tracking link. When I looked up their address they are a residential house in Portland and there is no business registered at that address.

I ordered a couch saver back in April and never received it. I have contacted the company multiple times and they will not refund me. The website states that they are based in Portland Oregon but the tracking information I received stated the product is being shipped from China. Everything about this website and product is fake and I am working with my bank to get my money back.

We usually ship orders out from our California warehouse but the specific item you ordered was out of stock from our California warehouse so we decided to have it shipped out from one of our international warehouses.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order anymore since it has already been shipped out but what we can suggest at this point is to send the item back to us once you receive it.
