Warning Cozy Modern Decor will take your money and won’t ship the product!

I placed the order on Apr 7th, 2020, at 7:40 PM. I received an auto-reply that my order went through successfully at 7:34 PM.

Apr 17th, I received an update email that my product is on its way, and I should receive it in 10-14 business days. When I clicked to view the order, they even gave me a tracking, which never showed the item shipped.

On May 28th, 2020, at 5:03 PM, I emailed Cozy Modern Decor and said: Hello, I still have not received my order and the tracking number you sent me is not working. Can you please update me on the status of my order?

Royce Mendoza from their Customer Support team emailed me the following day May 29th at 7:51 AM and said – Sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

Upon checking, your order is in transit.

Your tracking number is Bla Bla Bla. You may also check it at the link below:

Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days, but due to the current pandemic, shipments have been delayed.

Jun 15th, I follow back up with Royce – It has now been two months and (11) days since I placed my order and I have not seen any progress in the shipment tracking information in the last 15 days. Can you please provide me with an update?

My Tracking Number said that it’s now expired.

Cozy Modern Decor is a Scam, they advertise products that they don’t have, or do have and never ship.

this company is a complete fraud and are a group of thieves. never received my paid in full order. have been waiting now for over 4 months. no respnses to emails, bogus tracking information, no business telephone. they just take your money and move on. something need to be done to stop these scams.
