Type of a scam Online Purchase

Went on cuzmi to buy a razor almost 2 months ago. Everything was really legit looking, as I looked for any sign of it being fake and found nothing. So I gave them my information and purchased the razor, was told it would be no more then ten days, and they took the money from my account that night. After a few weeks of wondering where it was, I contacted them through their website, noticing that they only had a customer service email only! When I received my statement, it said they were from London, but on the website it said Canada! So I tried messaging them three times! Never got a response, the email reply was a normal response you would get from other companies! Another three weeks went by and nothing! So I decided to investigate further and get every detail I could dig up on them. When I got what I needed, I messaged them and told them I was reporting them to the attorney general! Next day we got a call from a long number twice, then we got asked to do a review so I did. Two days later, here we are, did the same digging around and started finding reports of theft of money and no way to do anything about it, just like what we just went through! Thank God that I did the digging around when I did!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company is a scam! I ordered some gifts for Christmas, even paid extra for super fast shipping weeks ago. I never got a confirmation email, way to track my order or anything, but the money most definitely came out of my account! I tried emailing twice, Facebook messaging three times and calling. The phone number never worked!!! They have not replied AT ALL. they have advertisements on tik tok and instagram app making it seem like they’re a legit company and they definitely are not. I searched online to see if I could find more reviews and I found so many people writing they have had the same experience. This needs to end and I want my money back!
